Use these staging guidelines for proper logo placement.
In editorial, promotional and advertising applications, the Boys & Girls Club(s) lockup has the most impact when given adequate space for staging. Like a performer on a stage, the lockup needs room to stand out from its surroundings and be noticed.
As a general guideline, maintaining the control area around the logo will sufficiently buffer it from its environment. This area is equal to one-half (1/2X) the height of the hands symbol, measured from the outermost edges of the lockup.
The logotype is never used within text, either with or without the hands symbol. When the name “Boys & Girls Clubs,” or any of its variations, is used in printed text, it is in the same type as the rest of the text.

Staging the Boys & Girls Club(s) lockup involves giving the lockup room to stand out. Observe the control area guidelines of at least one-half (1/2X) the height of the hands symbol as a measurement. Never crowd text around the lockup.
